8.0Staff were lovely. The room service was brilliant with a low price. The spa was incredible too.

10.0The hotel location was distinctive and close to most of the facilities and sites I needed to reach... Also, the hotel is upscale and clean, and the staff are distinguished by their respectfulness and quick response to my requests.
− Mr. Osama... was one of the best employees I have met, working in the guest reception department. He is characterized by politeness and great cooperation, providing us with many facilities and information. I extend my sincere thanks to him.
