10.0Everything!, the Staff were wonderful. We had just arrived in Italy after 3 connecting flights from Canada and we were exhausted. The staff here were very welcoming and helpful in every possible way. They made us feel completely at home and were quick to offer recommendations on restaurants etc when asked. As we arrived in Venice in the morning, they stored our luggage securely at the hotel so that we could go out and explore the city until our room was ready. The room was spotlessly clean and we even had two little balcony’s that overlooked the canal. The room itself was incredible with original marble floors and painted murals on the very high ceilings. There was a hot breakfast each morning that included bacon, eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, meats, cheeses and various pastries along with whatever coffee you would like, made fresh for you. The staff even offered us a complimentary trip to Murano/Burano as well.

9.0The location is perfect. Easy to get to from the airport via the river taxis and a short walk thereafter. A very walkable city it’s easy to get to and from. Lovely bars and restaurants along the canals. Very large room with beautiful large windows for a view of a side canal. Quiet and the staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast selection is great, small but it covers all the basis. Hot and cold options and you can book your slot in advance. Very quiet, will stay here again and recommend

9.0Struttura in un bellisismo palazzo veneziano del 700, camere ben curate, ci è stato dato una suite vista canale. Camera affreschata e molto grande. Buona la colazione. Staff preparato.
− La doccia pur con il box xhiuso allagava il bagno. Manca qualche spazio comune che permetterebbe di vivere maggiormente la magione.
