− Very thin walls dividers between rooms made us hear everything what other guests were doing and it was hard to sleep, and difficult to talk comfortably knowing we could be heard too. . Tea/coffe, soap etc were not replenished/topped up daily. As a result we had no milk, no shampoo or not enough towels in some days.

Far below the standard expected from a Hilton – disappointing food, poor service, maintenance issues
2.0The hotel itself is in an attractive setting and has the potential to offer a good stay. Unfortunately, our experience was let down considerably by the standard of service, food and maintenance.
− Very disappointing for a Hilton and nowhere near the standard we expected. From the moment we checked in, there were repeated problems. We waited over an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The towel hook in the room was broken, and the water station on our floor was out of order, meaning we had to go to another floor simply to get water. The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing: the food was poor and the service was equally bad. Breakfast was also well below the standard expected of a hotel at this level. At the waffle station I waited around ten minutes for a member of staff even to appear, and when he eventually did, he was rude when I asked about my order. Unfortunately, this was representative of our experience with a number of the staff, whom we found generally rude, inattentive and unwelcoming. Any one of these issues might have been a minor inconvenience, but taken together they made for a very disappointing stay. For the price and the Hilton name, we expected considerably better.

Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
