8.0La posizione eccellente a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della metropolitana. Il quartiere molto bello. La vicinanza del parco. La struttura ben ristrutturata. Personale accogliente.
− La colazione non è all’altezza, il caffè è pessimo, gli alimenti di bassa qualità. Igiene buona, ma con un piccolo incidente: un giorno ci hanno dato un asciugamano sporco.

10.0The hotel is in an excellent location close to transportation. Our room was clean and furnished nicely. There were some snacks on the table when we arrived. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. I would like to thank the reception manager Gonçalo especially, who greeted us on our first day. He went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were visiting Lisbon to celebrate my birthday, and it truly was a memorable experience. I was even given complimentary cake which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Hotel Avenida Park!
