10.0Il personale molto cordiale, disponibile ad aiutare, gentilissimo,quando abbiamo fatto checkout ci hanno chiamato il taxi più grande xchè avevamo 4 valigie,ci hanno aiutato a scendere le valigie.Mi è piaciuta la posizione in pieno centro che si può raggiungere a piedi il big ben, eccellente la pulizia giornaliera ed il servizio. Inoltre mettono a disposizione in camera due bottiglie di acqua effervescente naturale e naturale, bollitore con bustine di caffè,thè, biscotti,si trova in camera il sapone con dosatore ,bagnoschiuma a disposizione sempre con dosatore,asse da stiro, ferro da stiro.Letto comodo con a disposizione due cuscini.Tutto perfettissimo!
− Le scale x arrivare nella holl e quindi in camera, credevo ci fosse uno scivolo x arrivare con le valigie e non fare le scale che tra l'altro x me che sono una disabile con mobilità ridotta è stata una brutta situazione

Excellent overnight stay, perfect for Victoria Palace Theatre visit.
9.0Great location for Victoria Palace theatre. Staff were friendly and all spaces were clean and comfortable. Nice large room with everything we needed and breakfast was also very good.
− Some areas in the room needed a bit of attention. The curtains on the window were a bit tatty and the curtain ties were loose and coming out of the walls. Other than that though, everything was great!
