Stayed 8 nights; didn’t want to leave.
10.0My room was on the 3rd floor. It was bright and cheerful & tastefully decorated & I had a balcony which was great as I like fresh air. The rooms in this wing had recently been renovated. Everything was very well designed, modern, spotless & comfortable. The lobby area was spacious, never busy and I appreciated the help-yourself fresh coffee available all day long. I liked having a fridge and kettle in my room. Excellent breakfast and staff super friendly and efficient. It was a 5-minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station. From the airport I got T2 tram to Alamanni stop (by SMN train station).
− Possibly the lower floor rooms might hear the rubbish pick/up early mornings but it didn’t bother me as I was higher up. I believe the rooms are soundproofed & the windows cut out noise too.
Boa localização.

9.0Localização excepcional e atendimento cordial. Certamente voltaremos outras vezes.
− Senti falta de mais variedade de alimentos no café da manhã, por isso a nota 9. Mas nada que interfira na avaliação positiva.
