10.0THIS HOTEL IS A MUST!! One of the best Hotels in Barcelona, it's a very quiet Hotel in a very lovely neighborhood. Every attraction is very close, about 10 min walking and you are in Passeige de Gracia, 2 min walking and your at the Metro station "Urgell". The staff is very lovely, the place is very tidy. Mark recieved us in the first day and he was very polite, proffesional and lovely. And then to the best Hotel worker i've ever met - FREDRICK- OMG what a lovely person!! He was very helpful and made us feel home. Next trip to Barcelona i'm comming back to this hotel for sure!

10.0Ridiculously good A/C. It actually got too cold. Fabulous staff that were friendly and attentive. Nice stylish room. Very comfortable bed. Ideal location! 2 seconds from the metro, walkable to everything.
− It was a bit noisy. The courtyard seemed to be lively and filled with screaming kids. Nothing a little white noise on your phone couldn’t drown out.

7.0Very friendly and welcoming. Receptionist were fantastic. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
− The terrace bar was unmanned and only open until 9pm We couldn’t work the shower
