− Basic room facilities, poor housekeeping (room was not clean and rubbish from previous occupants were not cleaned out during the entire period of my stay). Water did not drain in the bathroom, poor shower

10.0Breakfast very good. Location easy 20 minute walk from central station. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Elevator a bonus after a long days of sightseeing.
