Lovely traditional hotel rather faded round the edges.
8.0Location was very central, two minutes from St Marks square, and staff were friendly .Breakfast was OK, Marco was lovely and greeted us with a glass prosecco on our late arrival.
− Bed was hard ,only one pillow each, had problems with the tv , no batteries in remote, and obviously hadn't been checked, the look of the hotel was tired , didn't mind the traditional feel, but bit shabby around the edges. Small foyer nowhere to sit apart from our room . No coffee / tea making facilities in room .

− I was in room 201 toilet seat was broken still broken when i left i did inform cleaning staff, Shower and bath in serious need of an upgrade room was very dark Breakfast was ok although dining area is very small. Make sure you have google maps it is easy to miss the entrance to the hotel
