− Der var opstået et problemer mellem bookings system og deres eget system, hvorved at der ikke var det korrekt antal personer i deres systemet. Dette resulterede i at vi ikke fik et værelse som ville kunne rumme alle, og da personalet nævnte dette, så ville vi få en ekstra seng på værelset. Vi tjekkede ind senere på dagen, og fik her at vide at det ville tage 10 minutter at hente sengen, men vi endte med at vente i mere end en time, og vi skulle bruge sengen, da vi havde børn som skulle sove. Vi endte med at få 20% nedslag i prisen, men vi skal her rette henvendelse mod Booking for at få refunderet beløb.
