最高です。また泊まりに行きます。
10.0ロケーションも良くスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティ溢るる対応に感激しました。また、最上階のスパがとても良くサウナーとしても大満足のホテルでした。
− 特にはないですが、強いて言えばサウナの整い椅子がもう少しあると嬉しいです。
ほぼ文句の付けようがないホテル
10.0とにかく朝食バイキングが最高。結婚式場のような場所で美味しい料理が食べられる。最上階にある大浴場も露天風呂ありサウナありで良かった。ラウンジも最上階から京都の街が眺められ落ち着いた気分になれた。ロケーションも京都の中心駅である烏丸御池駅から徒歩2〜3分に立地しており、観光しやすかった。
− 特にないが、強いて言えば3人で宿泊したが、1人分のベットが簡易的で少し小さかった事ぐらい。

10.0アメニティも細やかな心遣いが感じられ、お部屋の手入れも隅々まで良くされていて、快適な滞在でした。 お食事の種類、味付けもよく、美味しくいただきました。 自分でお抹茶を点てて頂け、京都らしいと感じました。
− 駐車場に入る際、何台か並び、戸惑いましたが、係員の方々が、テキパキと気持ち良く対応してくださいました。

− El hotel es antiguo pero muy bien conservado, huele muy bien y muy limpio. Desayuno no lo recomiendo si eres español, mejor ir al súper de enfrente y comer sándwich
