8.0Fantastisk personale i receptionen, bedre velkomst og løbende hjælp er svær at finde. Morgenmaden var god, ikke prangende men rigeligt til at få en god start på dagen. Forskelligt brød, æg, bacon, chorizo pølser, pålæg, ost, frisk frugt og yoghurt. Forskellige kager. Ok kaffe. Morgenbuffet'en skifter lidt fra dag til dag. Wifi fungerer fint på hele hotellet. Rengøring var perfekt og skift af håndklæder hvis man ønsker det. Hotellet ligger i et godt område hvor man føler sig tryg. Området har mange gode caféer og restauranter til priser der ligger langt under dem i centrum. Hotellet ligger tæt på metro og bus, hvor man kan køre til de bedste seværdigheder.

9.0Clean, comfortable room. Cleaners were good at cleaning daily. Bath room size was decent. Quiet room. Front desk staff were always available. Metro is only couple of minutes so easily commutable to anywhere. Many restaurants around.
− Slightly on the expensive side for the basic room I would say but that is expected in a bigger city like barcelona.

7.0Ασφαλής περιοχή , στάση μετρό στα 3 λεπτά , καθημερινή τακτοποίηση και καθαριότητα του δωματίου , καλή περιοχή με super market κοντά, φούρνοι , καφέ . Επίσης μας διέθεσαν το δωμάτιο λίγη ώρα νωρίτερα από το check in.
− Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης, η οποία ήταν ανυπόφορη. Ζήτησα αλλαγή δωματίου, αλλά δεν υπήρχε άλλο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο όπως με ενημέρωσαν.Καλεσαν υδραυλικό και απ ότι μου είπαν, οι καθαρίστριες έβγαλαν κατά λάθος κάποια τάπα . Απ ότι κατάλαβα απλά κλείσανε όλα τα σιφόνια . Όντως η μυρωδιά έφυγε , αλλά κάθε φορά που γυρνούσαμε στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μια ελαφριά μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης. Έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν έργα και κατά διαστήματα όταν περπατούσαμε στο δρόμο υπήρχε μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης . Το δωμάτιο ήταν στενό και χωρίς προσωπικότητα. Γενικά ένα basic ξενοδοχείο για ύπνο μόνο . Το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στον δρόμο , ο οποίος είναι κεντρικός και πολυσύχναστος , με αρκετή φασαρία
