− Inconsistency with Hotel policies and Booking.com booking. I booked for 2 adults and a 14 years old but was offered a room with a single king bed (no sofa). I was told that I had to pay extra $50 for foldable bed. I complained and they agreed to waive the fee - but told I shall have booked for 3 adults! Breakfast choice for western taste is limited. Hot chocolate is prepared as water with bitter chocolate.

7.0Un Hilton, c'est mythique. Cette offre était dans nos moyens. L'hôtel est imposant, un personnel aux petits soins, très calme et très propre. Bien placé, très proche du BTS, du Terminal 21. Une jolie piscine, un buffet petit-déjeuner impressionnant.
− Évidemment, pour le prix, nous avions une chambre vétuste, et comme les chambres n'ont pas trois lit, nous avions un lit d'appoint, coincé contre une commode. Plus d'eau chaude le soir, climatisation bruyante. Vieille moquette dans les couloirs, la pluie de la mousson innonde les petits salons extérieurs, inutilisés d'ailleurs.

10.0Just arrived at Hilton Grand, and first impressions are excellent. Natcha, Seven,Jam received us warmly. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel looks clean, modern, and well maintained. Looking forward to a great stay!
