10.0Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and effortless, and the apartment was spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning to Venice and staying here again.

6.0Convenient location near St. Marks square. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful navigating ferry transportation and times as well as navigating the area and sightseeing. Room was clean but a little dated looking. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear people walking and talking through the night. We chose this place as a good place to just rest our heads for the night as it was a quick stop before continuing our travels. Overall good stay.

6.0Staff was not available during hours listed on website. Additional visitor tax fees not listed that required cash payment i was not aware of caused me additional fees to pull from ATM. Staff spoke no English which made it difficult to have clear understanding of what they were asking or communicating.

4.0So this booking was probably my worst choice of my trip. The only thing I could say was good, was the location near Rialto Bridge. First, we were told check in was 7 am-4 pm. So we had our plane arrive early and got there around 8:30 am hoping to sleep, and we couldn’t get our room until 12 pm. Check in time should have stated 12 pm- 4 pm. Next thing, the staff barely spoke English (which I completely understand and is okay that they don’t considering we are in English) but we were told staff does but it was extremely hard to communicate if they were even at the desk, which was rare. I was also told they were able to book a water taxi to the airport for us on the booking and private message, but the staff is never there and just looked confused when we asked. The place is older and there were water stains on the walls from the AC? And cracks all in the ceiling and the hairdryer was broken and our sink clogged up constantly. It was fine for the one night we were here, but I wouldn’t recommend it to others. We did pick it because it was one of the cheaper ones I could find, but I know now why, so I would have chose something else.
