3.0Location was great. Close to times square & the port authority subway stop.
− The building was 36 floors and one of the elevators was out. We were told it had been out about a week prior to our arrival. It took forever to get anywhere during peak times, so much so that we walked down 32 floors twice bc it never showed up while waiting. Staff did the best job they could, and they had a person manning the elevator to help it as much as it could. But a single elevator serving that many floors just doesnt work. We even got stuck for a few minutes bc one time when it wasnt 'manned' too many people crammed on it and it stopped. Luckily it was short lived. If it hadnt been for that, the stay would have been much better. The hotel wasnt the cleanest in common areas, but our room was clean and New York small (to be expected).

− The elevator wasn't working, there were broken pipes under the sink, and the air conditioner had broken vents. There was a coffee maker, but it didn't have any coffee or sugar.
Nice, but too simple for the price.
7.0It’s was situated in a close place to Times Square , 15 min walking distance, the staff was nice and let us leave our suitcases at the hotel while we wondered around before check in and out.
− One of the elevators didn’t work during the 4 days that we stayed, we were on floor 22nd so it was not easy to come and go with suitcases. During the day of our check out, we waited 45 minutes for the elevator and missed breakfast. We thought this issue was going to be fixed during our stayed l, but it didn’t happened.
