Good budget option but watch the pricing
6.0Stayed for 3 nights and overall the hotel was worth the money with comfortable quiet rooms in the centre of London. We booked the hotel ~4 months in advance direct with the hotel, under their best price guarantee. 2 weeks before our stay, I checked the website and one of the rooms I booked was $100 cheaper, however I was informed the price match guarantee doesn't apply their own dynamic pricing structure! As I said the rooms were comfortable, however they were not cleaned until early evening, around 6 and the bath gel in the shower was empty for the entire stay despite telling them on several occasions. But that aside, we would probably stay here again, but would only book refundable rates in future.

10.0I'm currently having such a good time at Leonardo Royal St Paul. The restaurant (Leo's) is my best experience yet and the service, especially from Manju, was top tier. Manju's personality, menu recommendations, and friendly service is remarkable!

10.0Great hotel. Friendly staff and the rooms are spot on clean comfortable every thing you would expect from a good quality hotel. Will definitely stay here again. The restaurant and bar are definitely not up to the same standard of the hotel. Poor choice of food high prices and the bar was out of draught beers agin. Hotel great. Bar and restaurant poor.
Exceptional all round
10.0Superb location and hotel exceeded our expectations. Spa facilities are very good. All staff were welcoming and friendly providing excellent hospitality. Breakfast has everything you could want and was the best we’ve had in a hotel. Rooms comfortable and well equipped, quiet and tranquil. The hotel itself has things to do such as bars, pool and table tennis. Highly recommended for service, quality and location. Would certainly return.
