This place no good you be sunrise
1.0After I pay with my debit card 72 dollars plus tax where I get there their say I have to give 100 dollars done beside my card use was the only money left on my card I have to go out spend the whole night out night outside unfront a gas station my phone was discharge after flying another country my bad
− I get out even I pay with my card on booking and ask me 100 dollars more deposit is big abuse stay up outside in a gas station

− TERRIBLE SERVICE. When I arrived at the hotel they didn't let me in, they said that the room hadn't been paid for and I showed the counter staff the discount on my card and they still didn't let me in. Only until the next day did they write to me that the only thing I had to do was pay a deposit. They just didn't let me in. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

− L’hôtel était miteux, le personnel vous regarde tout juste, la chambre était remplie de termites ( des bêtes partout même dans le lit) nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car trop tard le soir pour changer d’hôtel et la deuxième chambre en avait également. Les draps étaient remplis de poils et l’état général de la chambre était catastrophique. Le personnel de l’accueil ne s’est même pas excusé et n’avait d’ailleurs pas l’air choqué quand on leur a parlé des termites… Nous avons ouvert un litige en rentrant et ils n’ont jamais répondu aux relances de Booking… je ne comprend pas que cet établissement puisse encore être proposé sur la plateforme.

− Los cuartos se veían diferentes en la app, el desayuno muy pocas opciones para comer, muestran algo diferente a lo que en realidad dan, además no me regresaron los 100 de depósito
