10.0Hotel staff was super friendly and excellent! The room was clean and spacious. Hotel is very close to the main monuments yet just outside the ZTL zone to allow outside parking (they have valet service which was super convenient). Overall, great place. I'll stay here again for sure.

10.0Nice hotel at a little more than 10 minutes walking from the railway station, about 15' from Piazza della Signoria. Spotless clean, very nice and friendly staff. Good choices for breakfast.
