10.0The two ladies at the reception were so kind to me and very helpful. Also the bar tender where I went for dinner at their restaurant. The gentleman was so kind and nice to me. Everybody treated me so well. The room was great with a beautiful view. The hotel was near the metro and it was easy to commute.
