Very stylish trendy hotel but lacked basic level of comfort and functionality for the price

− Very small bed and quite saggy! Quirky lighting which was stylish but not bright enough. No free tea and coffee and spoons (unlike most hotels in the entire world!). Bathroom door didn’t really shut so it was open all of the time

8.0Location and facilities, hotel overall, all excellent. Staff were exceptionally helpful - I even lost my key when I was out for a run and they were very accommodating.
− As should be expected in New York - the level of noise coming in from the streets is very high. Rooms felt a little tired here and there but it was fine overall
