− Found a cockroach in my room which wasn't ideal. 1 member of staff on reception was rude and did not want to help us. Fortunately another member of staff went that extra mile and got us sorted and was very helpful. Lack of changing area for the pool - ended up getting changed in a disabled toilet.

8.0落ち着いた雰囲気でよかったです。 部屋も広さがあって快適に過ごせました。 出てすぐにセントーサエクスプレスの駅もあり、駅付近に飲食店やセブンなどもあるのでアクセスは抜群でした。 ベビーベッドをお借りできて助かりました。
− 正面玄関が階段でスロープがなく、ベビーカーや荷物があるときは少し困りました。 スタッフさんがいるときは手伝ってくれますが、そうでない時もあったので。 あと部屋に椅子がひとつだったので、二人でごはんを食べたい時に「あともうひとつ椅子があれば…」となりました。

10.0The rooms were super spacious by Singapore standards for a family, the location was great. Free morning yoga was amazing and most of the staff were fantastic.
− I think we encountered someone having a bad day when we checked in and we’d just gotten off an overnight flight so arrived early and were treated like a bit of a nuisance. Everyone else we dealt with were amazing though!!
