9.0Abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Select Executive Residence ed è stata un'esperienza decisamente positiva, resa speciale da un'accoglienza straordinaria. Siamo arrivati alle 14:00 per il check-in e siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo di una gentilezza e professionalità uniche. Mentre sbrigavo rapidamente con lui le pratiche dei documenti e della tassa di soggiorno in ufficio, ha fatto accomodare i miei amici in una sala d'attesa con aria condizionata e TV, lasciando loro il telecomando. In ufficio è stato veloce, super efficiente e mi ha persino offerto delle caramelle, per poi accompagnarci in camera spiegandoci tutto nel dettaglio: è stato proprio questo ragazzo, con la sua eccezionale cortesia, a far fare il salto di qualità alla nostra recensione. La stanza era grande, dotata di un letto matrimoniale e di un divano letto con materassi talmente comodi che la mia amica, che è un'esperta di materassi, si è addormentata all'istante appena si è sdraiata. Il bagno era molto bello, con una doccia decisamente ampia e spaziosa, e l'aria condizionata era comodamente regolabile. La posizione è davvero comoda, vicina al centro e facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con sole due fermate di tram. Uniche piccole pecche, che se risolte renderebbero la struttura perfetta, sono state la mancanza della chiave per chiudere la porta del bagno (fondamentale per la privacy quando si viaggia in gruppo), il fatto di aver trovato solo 3 asciugamani e 2 bottigliette d'acqua invece di 4 come da prenotazione, e un piccolo ragno in stanza, anche se quest'ultimo è un dettaglio che può capitare. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato ottimo e ci torneremmo sicuramente, soprattutto per l'eccellente servizio del personale.

10.015 min from city centre, very helpful staff, very friendly. They let me leave my luggage there for a while after check out and called me a taxi. The room has air-conditioning which makes a huge difference. I'll definitely go back there. Highly recommend it.
