Brilliant hotel and the staff were amazing!
10.0The staff were fantastic from the start to the end, so grateful for all the help they gave us when our initial flight was cancelled. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was great. Thank you!

10.0L’hôtel est parfaitement situé: proche de la gare Termini et des lignes A et B du métro qui permettent d’accéder aux différents sites touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner présente un grand nombre de choix sucrés et salés (étant de grands gourmands nous avons été contents de déguster des maritozzi). La vue depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel est magnifique (particulièrement le soir quand les dômes de ste Marie Majeure sont illuminés). Et enfin, le meilleur pour la fin, le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable avec toujours des petites attentions (que ce soit la bouteille de Prosecco qui nous attendait à notre arrivée ou l’assiette de fruit frais qui nous a été offerte après nos balades dans Rome). Merci encore à Donatella avec qui nous avons eu de longues conversations sur l’art, les voyages et les lieu à visiter ^^

7.0− The only Thing I can say is that our safe was never fix when we asked them too and I feel that I didn't get the room that I had requested. Other than that is was okay and the people were nice
Lovely reception staff, they were so willing to assist and help. Made us feel like coming home!
9.0Breakfast was lovely, however, the breakfast staff were a little "stern", but the service was good and so many lovely places to sit and have breakfast, indoors and outdoors. The location was great, we could walk to many places, but also convenient for catching taxis and the reception staff were great with calling taxis. We would definitely go back if the opportunity arose.
