Un hôtel avec un bon emplacement et toutes les commodités
9.0L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Vielle-ville de Florence, juste en dehors des Zones de Trafic Limité (ZTL). Il a un parking (payant) dans sa cour d'entrée et une piscine (payant). Les collaborateurs sont professionnels et gentils. Les chambres sont bien équipées.

8.0Petit déjeuné copieux, les enfants étaient content avec tous les donuts de couleurs, et la gentillesse du personnel assez exceptionnel, le personnel nous réservait même notre table le matin en extérieur sur la fin de notre séjour voyant nos petites habitudes. La piscine très sympa et propre. Le salon sublime très Florence, la chambre spectaculaire avec son très haut plafond. On a parcouru Florence à pied au départ de l'hôtel, il faut marcher un peu mais on a pas eu besoin de bus.
− Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très souriant et accueillant ce qui est assez étonnant pour ce travail. La suite au rez de chaussé est très bruyante on entend les gens arriver et parler fort à l'accueil c'est assez embêtant quand on veut dormir. Ajouté à cela on a eu une alarme incendie à 3H du matin , on a pas dormi de la nuit... Hôtel un peu cher pour tous ces inconvénients…

9.0Au calme, très accessible depuis l’aéroport (30’ en tram, direct) et à pied pour le centre ville Espaces extérieurs très agréables, literie confortable et centre ville à 10’ à pied (5’ de San Marco)
