Experiencia decepcionante en una habitación incompatible con un hotel de 4 estrellas
1.0La ubicación es buena para visitar Florencia y el edificio histórico principal tiene encanto arquitectónico. El jardín y las zonas comunes exteriores resultan agradables.
− Por criticas que vi en esta plataforma sobre la diversa calidad de las habitaciones, antes de reservar solicité expresamente confirmación de que la habitación estaría situada en el edificio histórico principal y el hotel me confirmó que así sería. Sin embargo, al llegar me asignaron la habitación 28, situada en un añadido sin coherencia con el edificio. Seguramente de cuando instalaron el ascensor. La habitación presentaba un fuerte olor a humedad, manchas visibles de humedad y pintura desprendida debido a filtraciones. Solicité un cambio de habitación nada más llegar, pero me indicaron que no había disponibilidad. Sin embargo, en ese momento seguían apareciendo en booking habitaciones disponibles para reserva online y ese mismo dia, incluso a precio inferior. También solicité hablar con un responsable y presentar una reclamación formal, pero ambas peticiones fueron rechazadas. El trato de Martina (recepcionista y según ella unica responsable del establecimiento) lamentable. El desayuno aunque con variedad, su calidad por debajo de lo habitual en un hotel de 4*. Considero especialmente decepcionante la diferencia entre lo que se me confirmó antes de la reserva y la habitación que se me asignó a la llegada. El trato recibido en recepción fue la peor parte. La experiencia estuvo claramente por debajo de lo que esperaba de un establecimiento anunciado como hotel de cuatro estrellas.

9.0Super Lage! Wir sind mit Auto angereist, dieses kann direkt vor dem Hotel parkiert werden. Kleine, grüne Oase direkt an der Stadt. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist, schöner Garten und sehr nettes personal.
