9.0El personal mooolt amable, l,habitació està neta i l,hotel molt ben ubicat!! Està al costat de l,esglèsia de santa croce, a 5 min de torre vecchio i duomo i uns 30 minuts d,estacció de trens Sta maria Novella.
− L,esmorzar és just de menjar, si s,acordéssin amb alguna pastisseria propera per oferir més dolços o més tipus de pa ( integral), etc.. millor. Les persones molt altes o de gran volum no caben al lavabo, si ets prim perfecte!
