This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had.
2.0Location.
− This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had. I informed the property in advance that guest would be arriving late. I even went there earlier that day specifically to let them know another person would be checking in later and asked them to make sure there would be no issues. They assured me everything would be fine. However, when he arrived around midnight, nobody would let him in. After calling several times, they only answered through the intercom by repeatedly saying "closed" and hanging up. Even after explaining that we had informed them in advance about late arrival, they continued saying "closed" and disconnected. We had to keep calling because we were left outside in an unfamiliar city at midnight due to the staff's incompetence. Eventually, someone came to the door, but instead of apologizing, they insisted it wasn't their problem that we arrived late, despite the fact that they had been notified well in advance. After another phone call to a different staff member, they finally allowed us to enter. This situation was completely unacceptable and could have been avoided with basic communication and professionalism. I would not recommend staying here because of the extremely poor customer service.

1.0L emplacement tres bien...chambre passable...pourquoi parler de dejeuner dans un hotel de categorie zero...
− L arriver devant une porte de grange donnant directement sur la ruelle...et aucun acces avavt 14H00..... c est dire que ne peut parler a quelqu un de l hoyel avant 14H00..et quelqu un de l hotel est arrive par hazart et ils nous a dit de s arranger par nous-meme avant d entrer et de fermer la porte,....
