10.0All staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Laundry service on site was same day and reasonably priced. Room was very clean and larger than we were expecting. Central location and easy to walk to 95% of places.

10.0Best staff ever! Friendly and knowlegable with a wonderful dinner recommendation just around the corner from the hotel. We had a truly Florentine dinner and met a roomful of people who gathered together with us for the next nights' dinner as well. 24 hour available in-person staffing was special.
