− Smell, musty, windows looked out to back of a building 3 feet away, making room dark and no natural light.
No A/C, great breakfast, close to the rail station.

− Air conditioner in one of our rooms was damaged and they came at 12.30 am to see what was the problem but nothing could be done. I reported it in the afternoon. They offered to send me to another hotel after midnight which was not an option for us having our kids in another room. Next day I asked for a partial refund, for which I needed to send an email to the owner. I asked for free breakfast and the accepted, the breakfast was really good!
Good for a few cheaper nights in the center

− They sent us to another location. I tried to ask them to let us stay in the same location bcuz I saw many bad reviews about the other building but got rejected. The room looks NOTHING like their pictures. The bathroom is so old and small that u can barely turn or dry yourself after shower. (I am 163cm and skinny). There were ants in the bathroom and on my towels. I feel scammed. If they are 2 different hotels with different price then it’s okay. But I paid for the original hotel room, which is newer and better, but I got the worse room.
