Desconfiança, falta de respeito
8.0Quando cheguei tive um problema. Eu comprei a estadia com cartão virtual. Apresentei passaporte e eles duvidaram que era eu. Queriam o cartao virtual físico. Depois queriam cancelar o pagamento e efetuar novamente. Sendo que o valor ja tinha sido pago por mim na fatura do meu cartao em agosto. Disseram que poderia ser outra pessoa usando a reserva. Mesmo eu mostrando a fatura nao queria aceitar. Nao aceitei cancelar a compra, ate porque a operadora temcum tempo para estornar, tem cotacao. Fiquei um bom tempo até que veio um moça nao sei se é gerente e pediu pra olhar minha fatura do cartao de credito comprovando que era eu. Um absurdo. Pediram um cartao físico pra reter 300 euros até ai tudo bem. Porem queriam o mesmo cartao que comprei a hospedagem . Estava com o meu passaporte, cartões de créditos todos em meu nome, CNH. Um absurdo. Ja fiquei em vários hotéis em outros países e isso nunca aconteceu.
− Do atendimento no check-in. Cheguei cansada e ainda tive que passar por isso. Acabei nao almoçando pelo tanto que demorou para liberar o quarto. Duvidaram até do meu passaporte. O booking precisa resolver isso com urgência.
