9.0The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. We do not speak French. I was so thankful that they spoke very clear English.
− It's not so much that I didn't like it, it was just challenging. The stairs were very narrow and winding. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. There was an elevator. It was the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It was smaller than my shower at home 😀 Bringing out suitcases to our room was challenging. We aren't terribly big people, and it was TIGHT

− Había un poco de olor a humedad en los pasillos y sobretodo en la habitación

7.0La ubicación, lo limpio que estaba, y el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno y es completo, croissants riquísimos.
− La habitación era triple pero las dimensiones eran muy pequeñas, no teníamos espacio para abrir las maletas teniendo que abrir y cerrar todo el tiempo lo que se hacía incómodo con una niña pequeña.
