Wonderful staff that made the experience a great one!
10.0The front desk staff were the best. My best friend, MQ, joined us last minute and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, finding us a room with an additional bed. They were very friendly and really made the experience there a great one. The hotel is close to the train station which made it easy getting there and leaving. It was just off the main strip which provided for a quiet place, but easy access back to all of the activity of the main areas. They served a breakfast in the morning which was included in the stay and the ladies that worked in the morning were very helpful. I'm glad this was the place we stayed and would recommend it to others.

7.0La ubicación es ideal, al lado de la estación de autobuses y justo en la entrada al centro de la ciudad. Habitación cómoda y limpia, a destacar que la televisión tiene internet, netflix y youtube.
− El desayuno es de 5 raspado, sin más. Falta mucha variedad. No se puede regular el aire acondicionado de la habitación, lo controlan desde recepción.

Villa Rosa merita più delle 2 stelle che porta. Per posizione, dotazioni camera e silenzio in zona.
9.0Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e a pochi passi dai vaporetti che portano dappertutto e comunque raggiungi in venti minuti a piedi il centro. Il bagno, con finestra e tutto il necessario, non era grande, come è normale in queste palazzine storiche, ma pulito e moderno. Colazione buona e completa nella sua soddisfacente essenzialità. L'elegante semplicità della palazzina, tra le coorti tranquille di Cannaregio, garantisce un soggiorno e un ristoro sereno e tranquillo, un rifugio davvero piacevole dopo il caos veneziano. Camere non grandi ma eleganti, alcune con un bel balcone attrezzato. Bagno dotato di finestra e ottimo fono, in camera macchina del caffe, aria condizionata, Villa Rosa merita decisamente più delle due stelle che presenta.
