10.0Very beautiful hotel, centrally located. Rooms are recently refurbished with expensive materials. Every need of ours was met. Very polite staff especially Romi and Anna which we thank for our beautiful vacation in London!

8.0Excellent location for us. 2 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station. Easy access to King's Cross. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly. We also ate dinner in the hotel, which was lovely and very reasonable.
− The coffee machine didn't work properly. Struggled to get a full cup, which was disappointing
