7.0The location is perfect. The room is spacious. There is a fridge which is excellent
− Water was dripping in the toilet. The shower only had a shower head coming from above but a shower head that can be moved around is necessary. The shower needs some more insulation around it to stop water leaking out whilst showering

9.0Location was perfect! Room was quite spacious and comfy. There is no front desk so check-in via a code sent prior to arrival. Communication was excellent.

10.0Brilliant location near the Duomo with central Florence literally on our doorstep. Plenty of food options close-by. The team sent excellent access instructions and were on hand via WhatsApp and always happy to help. Highly recommended.
