− Da upravnik ne zna komunicirat. Pišem in pošiljam vprašanja in ne dobim odgovora. Vsa komunikacija so neki vnaprej pripravljeni teksti.

1.0− Per un problema di prenotazioni mi hanno avvisato il pomeriggio stesso che l'hotel era completo e la mia camera non c'era più. Considerato che stavo partendo per Firenze e nel frattempo ho dovuto trovare un altro alloggio è stato decisamente scomodo.
Had a lovely stay in Florence
10.0It was nice to have clear instructions how to get into the building. The hotel was very accomodating and staff was friendly. Their free coffee was exceptionally good.
− The AC could have been a bit stronger, since we were visiting during the heatwave. It still worked and cooled the room, but we would have liked it a bit stronger.

7.0Location was very good. Close to tram station or even a walk from the city center. Various options for parking. Excellent pizza place 100m away. Very easy to check in (good instructions and self service). Air condition did the job in 37 degrees (also quite shady orientation of the apartment, not exposed to the sun). On the main hall there's coffee machine and ice-cold water. And the building itself is quite atmospheric. You can have a room cleaned-up on demand. Good wifi.
− In two-level apartment for 4 people majority of the space is located in the basement, with steep stairs and a musty smell, not to comfortable to stay. The ground level was a walk-through area with a bed in the middle, not to much space for living. Not too much space either for eating (small table for 2, max 3 people) and insufficient cutlery. No no wardrobes or shelves for clothes - we kept our clothes in the suitcases on the floor which is not the most comfortable for 5 night stay. Not recommending this apartment for 4 people for longer stay however we saw the smaller apartments (2 people) and they were nice.
