Lovely staff and great hotel!
10.0I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Florence and would happily stay here again. The staff were genuinely lovely and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. They always offered me tea or coffee, shared wonderful local recommendations, and were so easy to chat with. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I was also very grateful that my room was cleaned every day, which made returning after a day of exploring Florence even more enjoyable. The only sad part was that I had to leave very early in the morning, so I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye and thank everyone in person. If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for making my time in Florence so special. I truly hope to stay with you again one day!
