10.0If you don’t mind and are able to climb 3 flights of stairs and are not looking for extra luxury..this hotel is great!!..loved it and I would stay there in the future for sure!!!.

10.0This place was great! Pretty centrally located for all the tours, about a 15 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Staff was excellent! So helpful wherever I needed help or just had questions about Florence. Nice little breakfast area so you can have coffee and a baked good. Only downside was no elevator and it’s on the third floor so there’s stairs but what can you expect from a build built in the 1600s. If I ever come back this will be the hotel for me

8.0The staff were super helpful and informative. You really need to know that the three flights of stairs with no lift is hard work with a suitcase! Staff did offer but we thought we’d be okay (we made it but only just)! I’d only put one guest on the booking by mistake but luckily they could accommodate us both and didn’t charge any extra. So helpful and gave us lots of tips about where was safe and the main attractions. The room itself is basic but it’s good for a base to get your head down. The roof terrace (up more steps) is small but has a fantastic view.
