9.0Super Lage unweit des Doms, alle Räume klimatisiert, Terrasse im Hinterhof, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht sonderlich stört. Aufgrund der Größe konnten wir bequem zu neunt für ein paar Tage Florenz besuchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief bzgl. der An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Für uns war die Unterkunft ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu entdecken.

10.0The location was good, plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed the terrace in the evening. We had 3 bathrooms which was wonderful for our large group. The host was accommodating in getting us check in as soon as we arrived by train. We would love to stay again if we ever make it back to Florence!

8.0구시가지 안에 있어서 접근성은 좋습니다 역에서 10분정도 입니다 방이 4개고 화장실은 3개로 편하게 사용했습니다 부엌 시설은 충분합니다 세탁기와 건조기도 잘 됩니다 주변 마트도 많습니다 호스트와 대화는 즉각적입니다 불편하지 않도록 최선을 다 해 줍니다 손자 5명과 성인 5명이 충분히 지냈습니다

Assez bien mais pourrait vraiment être amélioré, et la propriétaire mieux éduquée et plus discrète.

− L'eau chaude d'une salle de douche ne fonctionne pas tous les jours. La propriétaire vient dans l'appartement en l'absence des hôtes, c'est incorrect, et ce dans chaque pièce de l'appartement. Une vétusté générale, avec des rafistolages maison, très moyen ces bricolages

7.0The location was really good, walking distance to everything and the room was big with a comfy bed.
− You have to go through the communal living room and up the stairs to get to the room. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything, and i mean everything, the host starting their day with the music on downstairs, the other guests going to the toilet day and night. Fridge is in the communal kitchen not in the room. Bathroom was very small with the shower not having its own shower tray/unit so the whole bathroom was wet after a shower.
