6.0− We hadden een suite geboekt, met heel weinig kastruimte, waar je een stoel weg moest schuiven om bij de kast te kunnen. En het geheel was gewoon niet aantrekkelijk, eigenlijk met een klein woongedeelte, zitje, maar daar was alles mee gezegd. Van de twee avonden geen enkele turndown gemerkt. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Maar feitelijk herkenden we geen vijf sterren niveau.
