Loved this hotel! For a 3 star hotel it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend!
9.0The reception team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more accomodating! Central location - walk outside your door and you are in the heart of the action. Rooms were a great size, clean and comfortable - love the big windows opening onto the street.

10.0Clean and nice staff. They were very polite and understanding . Hospitable and warmth. Quiet environment . Close to all amenities..close to train station, close to all major landmarks of venice. Good place to stay and go for your tours. Walkable distances to central market, basilica, santa maria novella , uffiza museum, and other interesting places

8.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with our early mornings - still offering breakfast even though it was before the breakfast time. Helpful with bringing our luggage up the steep stairs. The little happy hour was thoughtful too. Our bathroom was spacious with natural light. Area was quiet and good location. AC was good. Price was right.
− Although we are accustomed to small hotel rooms in Europe, this would have felt rather cramped if we were staying longer than two nights.
