− The building's entrance wasn't locked, which worried me a little. The room door didn't have an inside security lock either.

− Čistota bola hrozná. Zaprášené, špinavé, sprcha tiekla, nebola dobre utesnená, splachovač na záchode nefungoval, bol rozbitý. Mali nám vymeniť ubytovanie, pretože sme tam našli mŕtvu plošticu, a recenzie o tom,že sú tam ploštice sme si prečítali už skôr,takže sme boli obozretní. No nič nevymenili. Keď sme sa ich pýtali, ako si môžeme byť istý v bezpečnosti izby po nájdení mŕtvej ploštice,ich reakcia bola že na čo sme ploštice vôbec hľadali? Tv nefungovala,diaľkové ovládanie od tv neexistovalo,a keď sme im napísali správu na whatsup ako to spomínajú,že v prípade potreby sa máme ozvať,ani nereagovali. Vchodove dvere sa nedali vôbec zatvoriť a celý čas boli otvorené. / The cleanliness was terrible. Everything was dusty and dirty. The shower was leaking because it wasn't properly sealed, and the toilet flush was broken and didn't work. We were supposed to be moved to another room because we found a dead bed bug. We had already read previous reviews mentioning bed bugs, so we were being very cautious. However, our room was never changed. During comunication we asked for a guarantee of safety of the apartment, to wich the answer was: why did you start looking for bed bugs in the first place? The TV didn't work, and there wasn't even a remote control for it. We also sent them a message on WhatsApp, asking fór the remote control,but no answer. Entrance to the apartment complex from the street was open all the time and could not be closed properly.

8.0Знаходиться в самому центрі Венеції, 2 хвилини від моста Ріальто, всі памʼятки ~7-10 хвилин пішки, дуже зручне розташування
− Не замикаються вхідні двері до готелю (ні вдень, ні вночі), готель розташований на прохідній вулиці, - вільний вхід будь-кого до готелю - що не є дуже безпечним
