Large clean and comfortable rooms in a good neighbourhood, very friendly staff great value for money

− location is a bit far however an easy bus ride. We chose the location to deliberately avoid the crowds in the city centre

− Our room number 1 Placed directly under living occupants Woken with noise at 12am until 2am for one night , 2nd night ok (other feedback says same) Didn't like being watched throughout breakfasts And yes. If you arrive by bus like we did , you will not appreciate lugging your case up the steep hill in 38 degrees heat as accommodation is at the very top.

9.0La chambre est spacieuse, pour passer un agréable séjour. La climatisation est idéale surtout en temps de canicule. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et servi par des personnes agréables. L'hôte est sympa et nous permet de nous familiariser avec la ville de Florence. En ce qui concerne le parking, on peut se garer juste devant, sur les emplacements bleus. Tarif 1 € de l'heure de 8h à 20 heures.
