1.0− Fui enganado. A residencial está fechada. Tive de procurar um hotel, para não dormir na rua. Quero saber como me devolvem o valor que me cobraram já, por uma estadia não utilizada.

− Um pouco de espera na porta para se conseguir a abertura da porta, mas é falta de informação nossa.
Zoológico
1.0La bandera de españa que colgamos nosotros (también el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien).
− No estaba muy limpio, en los rellanos podías encontrar cucaracha. En la habitación faltaba una persiana, había humedades, las placas de maderas de los sumieres se movían y te podías caer, la taza del baño no estaba bien anclada al suelo y salía una riera de agua por abajo. Además, había chinches, tuvimos q cambiar de hotel para el último día y todavía no hemos podido contactar con nadie (24h más tarde).
