− Very small rooms, When I made the booking, I explicitly left a note requesting a special setup to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Unfortunately, nothing has been done which was disappointing
Très bon séjour à Madrid dans un hôtel à situation exceptionnelle
8.0Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel du 22 au 29 août dernier, en chambre 212. Tout s’est très bien passé, de l’accueil chaleureux des réceptionnistes à la propreté de la chambre, en passant par la très bonne situation de l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Isabela Merder, la responsable clientèle, pour ses petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre et la jolie carte d’au revoir que nous avons découverte le dernier jour. Cela nous a vraiment touchés. Un grand merci également à Angelica, à la conciergerie, pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle a toujours été disponible et attentionnée. Une très belle expérience et un hôtel que nous recommandons avec plaisir. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à Madrid !
