A jewel in the heart of Florence!
10.0Wow I was so impressed with this location, the kindness of the host and the very welcoming environment. To top it off it was a record breaking heat the days I was there, absolutely smothering to walk the streets of Florence. I am delighted to tell you the air conditioning in the hotel worked perfectly. It was cool and comfy with the mattress not to hard or to soft and black out curtains that allowed me to sleep like a baby. Don't hesitate to book your stay, it really is a jewel that's very close to all the major attractions.

10.0GREAT VIEW AND LOCATION HOST MET US WITH A BOTTLE OF PRESECO AND KEPT IT FLOWING AT EACH MEETING WITH HIM & ALSO AT HAPPY HOUR. ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS. LOVE THIS PLACE AND STAFF. LOVED WATCHING BELOW FROM VERANDA

8.0The location was excellent and the owner and staff were all very friendly and incredibly nice. They offered free drinks (including both water and cocktails) everyday. They also offer a few snacks.
− The room number 3 is directly in the reception so there’s not a lot of privacy since you can hear everything from the reception (and in the reception from inside the room). Also, the owner has a dog. The dog is very well behaved and doesn’t make any noise. However, the dog does have a strong smell, making the building smell like dog whenever he is present.
For us the perfect place for two nights in Florence.
9.0View on the river Arno, in the center of Florence, walking distance of 10 minutes to everywhere including the train station and the Duomo. Room spotless, good airconditioning, adequate bed for two, all facilities, free drinks on the lobby, friendly fluffy dog guarding us
