8.0Ottima struttura in buona posizione, colazione ottima e varia. personale gentile e cordiale, camera nel complesso confortevole, ottima idea del drink di benvenuto e la possibilità di bere acqua durante il giorno in reception.
− piscina sul rooftop piccola e inutile, meglio non averla in pratica. pulizia non ottimale, qualche formica in camera, prezzo abbastanza elevato ma in linea con la città e l'attuale offerta a parità di posizione.

Very disappointing given the amount it cost.
3.0The pool was nice
− Staff incredibly rude and not accommodating. Having to chase for clean bedding for our child’s cot despite it being obvious during cleaning service that new sheets were required. Not replenishing tea / coffee making facilities in the room and when asked for a top up we were told that this doesn’t start until 9am and if we wanted this we would have to go to reception to collect ourselves.
