4.0Unfortunately had to check out a day early after waking up covered in bites, we were told by a local pharmacist that these were a mix of mosquito and bed mite bites. We expressed our concerns to reception who were adamant that there was no problem. In fairness, they did send someone up to our room to check, however after being so covered in itchy bites we did not feel comfortable staying there any longer. There were lots of mosquitos in the room so just bring bug spray if you are to visit.

Great experience for 3 nights in Florence!
10.0The rooms and bathroom are very clean and you get a complimentary towel with your stay. All staff is friendly and helpful and it’s a nice atmosphere for dinner and drinks!
