10.0A different hotel turned me away at the very last minute because they had no more rooms, and Hotel Berna welcomed me immediately, late at night, with the friendliest attitude I had ever seen. Nadia in particular- what a blessed human being! She arranged everything for us as if we were part of her family! That's the kind of attitude that a guest will never forget - I recommend Hotel Berna for anyone staying in Firenze! The location could not have been better; the room is super comfy, and the bathrooms are spacious. It's been recently renovated and getting in and out is super easy too!
− I always try to write something here, but in this case I honestly cannot think of anything. Everything was perfect! Again, I will never forget how Nadia helped us when we needed it most! Hotel Berna is the best!
