6.0The location and the look of the apartment were great.
− The problem was the air conditioning was not very good. It kept the rooms bearable but not cool and with the extreme heat in Florence it was a bit uncomfortable.
Lovely family time- loved the accommodation and Florence

Fantastic unit and location, difficult company to work with since you are not dealing with people
9.0The unit and location was perfect. The check-in process was cumbersome and really disappointing since we had to sit with our luggage for HOURS and were unable to check in until after the agreed upon time.
− When we arrived the storage lockers were unavailable and we needed assistance, I communicated with a bot instead of a person which was disappointing because the bot couldn't accommodate our luggage needs promptly. There were times when they told me that they were 'connecting me to a human,' but it was very clear I was still communicating with a robot-yuck. For what you pay, you should be able to store your luggage until check-in and not be offered an option to PAY a separate business down the street for this service.
