Central location, but "junior suite" was tiny for a family of 4
4.0The location was great, a couple of blocks from Piazza Signoria which is arguably the center of Florence. The housekeeper was nice enough to replace all of our towels each day.
− The description of a "junior suite" and pictures were very misleading, the place was a studio which we had to cram my family of 4 into. Booking.com needs to do a better job of describing the size of the spaces and number of rooms. Some guests described it as quiet, but we didn't find it to be very quiet since the place is facing one of the main streets in Florence and there were people yelling late at night and cars honking their horns in morning. The bathroom is poorly ventilated and as a result the shower has mildew in between the tiles. The bathroom was small and had a tiny ledge to put things onto which resulted in multiple items falling onto the dirty bathroom floor. The shower is so small that if I moved my elbows a wide of my body I would hit the shower doors. Instructions to enter the building didn't work and we had to wait for 15 minutes on a crowded hot street with all of our luggage for someone to come and let us in. We found multiple dead cockroaches on the floor of the entrance of the building that were left there for multiple days. The staff that is supposed to work at the front desk was rarely present, we saw a person there once over the course of 3 days. Can't see how this property is rated 9+, we would rate it as a 3 or 4. My suggestion - find another place!

10.0It was located in heart of city- easy access by taxi- convenient check in- excellent communication - clean!! A nice touch was the air conditioning, coffee making facility, table and chairs in communal area and elevator. Would recommend to others for sure.

First time to Florence but definitely not my last. What a trip! 10/10
10.0The location was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Very central and close to the popular sights, restaurants nearby and very secure with entry by code only. The room was beautiful and spacious with a comfy bed and everything was spotless. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had never been to Florence before so choosing this place was pot luck but I struck gold. Would absolutely stay here again next time. Thank you!
